I Lead our team through specific workouts 5-6 days per week. I do this so that NO ONE misses out, and everyone can be available to make my live workouts.
Not only do I perform specific creative workouts six days a week, I also provide us with NUTRITIOUS HEALTHY RECIPES Every single day of the week, as well as every second Sunday I do 'meal prep' day where I record my meal prep for the week ahead, the following Sunday I do Information Seminars on different Topics surrounding Health, Fitness and well-being. This is where I teach my secret Methods of how I balance my life, and health and Fitness regimes.
